  I highly recommend Country House Furniture. We have used them the last 3 years for various items and have been satisfied every time. The staff (especially Scott) are friendly, and helpful. The showroom has a very good selection. If you don't see what you want, talk to a sales person they may be able to order it. Delivery crew's are professional and on time. Great customer service from sales to delivery!!

  Extremely poor quality bunk beds. And very rude delivery drivers!! I wouldn't have given this company one star but I had to,to write my review!The bottom frame of the futon, which myself has always used as a full size bed bent so bad I was sleeping on an angle. I called the manager Scott. He asked me to take pictures, which I did as well as took them to him personally. Scott told me to put up 4/4's along the outside of the frame where it was bent in the middle. Never offered to replace it. I called again then he said it would take a few days to replace, we'll that turned into a few weeks. When the delivery men showed up to replace it, one of them kept saying very rude things to me. One was we'll if they stopped jumping on it this wouldn't have happened. I kept my cool even though I was extremely upset. He continued to make this comment throughout the whole replacement. I told him several times, I do not jump on the bed, I'm thirty seven years old an completely disabled. Now it bent in the middle AGAIN, but this time the frame cracked right through! I have a box of books holding the middle.

  We have use Country House furniture for office and home furniture! We couldn't be more happy with the service and the quality of the furniture. They even came to the office to fix a piece that had a minor scuff on it. highly recommended!!
